You will work structured, have a good understanding of numbers, and want to build an area that is central for the entire fintegra group? Then become part of fintegra – the market leader in digital solutions for securities and foreign exchange reporting.

In this role, you will ensure transparency in our financial flows, support management with reliable analyses, and actively work on further digitizing and automating our processes.

Tasks

• Conducting ongoing internal accounting
• Preliminary preparation of monthly statements for the tax office
• Creating business economic evaluations and controlling reports
• Liquidation planning and monitoring of cash flows
• Verification and booking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Support in internal accounting process (e.g. introduction and optimization of Stripe)
• Participation in automating settlement and release processes
• Supporting management through ad-hoc evaluations and analyses
• Maintenance and further development of our internal cost center and reporting structures

Qualification

• Completed vocational training or degree in the field of finance, accounting, controlling or comparable qualification
• Fundamental knowledge of internal accounting
• Safe handling of numbers, reports and Excel or Google Sheets
• High structure, attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Interest in digital tools, automation and efficient processes (e.g. Stripe, Make/Zapier, CRM systems)
• Independent working style and joy in continuous improvement
• Ideal experience in a growing organization or start-up/tech environment
