Do you want to take on responsibility in the HR department and act confidently in both HR administration and labor law matters? Then you are exactly right with us!

🌟Your Mission:

• You will support us with administrative HR tasks, e.g., creating contracts, references, and certificates, as well as maintaining our master employee data.

• You will support the preparation of payroll and work closely with our external payroll office.

• You will accompany our employees during onboarding and offboarding and ensure that all relevant processes run smoothly.

• You will gain insights into labor law issues and assist with research and preparation of relevant topics.

• You will support our team in recruiting, e.g., by publishing job advertisements, coordinating job interviews, and communicating with applicants.

• You will help with the organization and implementation of HR projects as well as the further development of our internal processes.

• You will be the point of contact for our employees for organizational and administrative questions and ensure quick and reliable support in daily HR business.

  💼 What You Should Bring:

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Law, or a comparable field of study.

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in HR – through internships, working student positions, or other practical experience.

• You are interested in HR topics and labor law issues and are eager to apply your knowledge in practice.

• You work reliably, carefully, and in a structured manner and enjoy driving things forward independently.

• You enjoy approaching people and convince with an open, communicative, and appreciative manner.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office; initial experience with HR tools is a plus.

• You have very good German and good English skills and feel comfortable in an international work environment.

• You are a team player, but can also work independently.

• You don't just want to watch, but actively contribute and take responsibility.
