Tasks

• Maintenance and administration of personnel files, including introduction of electronic personnel records.
• Support in payroll accounting.
• Evaluation of time recording and maintenance of vacation records.
• Processing of applications and participation in applicant management.
• Drafting of employment and training contracts.
• Organization and administration of training sessions.
• General secretarial and administrative tasks in the personnel department.

Qualification

• Completed commercial education, ideally with experience in human resources.
• Safe handling of MS Office and digital administration systems.
• Structured, meticulous, and trustworthy working method.
• Good communication skills and service-oriented demeanor.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law is an advantage
