Do you want to take responsibility in the HR department and operate confidently in both HR administration and labor law matters? Then you are exactly right with us!

Tasks

🌟Your mission:

• You will handle administrative HR tasks, e.g., creating contracts and references, certifications, and maintaining master employee data.
• You will be the point of contact for all employee concerns and management. This includes labor law questions and topics such as compensation, personnel deployment, and the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• You will be responsible for the preparation of payroll accounting and will work closely with our external payroll office.
• You will manage and support your team in the areas of recruiting, employee development, and HR administration.
• You will manage communication with health insurance companies, authorities, insurance companies, and other relevant bodies.
• You will ensure that all HR processes are implemented in compliance with the law, accurately, and on time.
• You will contribute solid knowledge of German labor law and support management in day-to-day operations.
• You will analyze existing HR processes and continuously develop them further.

Qualifications

💼What you should bring:

• A completed degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on HR administration.
• Solid knowledge of German labor law.
• Enjoy working with people as well as a respectful, communicative demeanor.
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally HR tools.
• Very good German and English language skills for our international work environment.
• Professional and disciplinary leadership of the HR team as well as active development of employees.
• Support of management in all personnel-related matters.
• Your work style is characterized by self-responsibility, flexibility, and teamwork.
