Marketing & Product Management (m/w/d)

In this role, you will independently manage our marketing and shape both internal and external communication strategically and operationally. At the same time, you will take over tasks in product management and contribute to optimally positioning our products on the market.

You will work closely and interdisciplinary with various departments such as Sales, Graphics, and HR to ensure consistent, effective, and goal-oriented brand and corporate communication.

Your Tasks

Marketing & Communication

• Planning and implementation of Newsletters, blog articles, and Social Media Contributions
• Creation and maintenance of Marketing Materials as well as our Homepage (including SEO optimization)
• Coordination of PR Articles (rarely)

Product Management & Brand Representation

• Organization of Samples and Showroom Presentations
• Care for our Digital Shelf and corporate presentations
• Planning and implementation of Competitor Analyses
• Organization of product launches

Events & Special Occasions

• Planning and execution of Events
• Organization of Weihnachtskarten & Geschenke for employees and customers (including packaging and dispatch)

Corporate Identity & Fitting

• Management and updating of Business Equipment
• Organization of Verticas Own Recruitment
• Organization and maintenance of Vitrines in the company

Recruiting

• Collaboration with HR on recruiting topics & support for social recruiting campaigns (Instagram & LinkedIn)
• Data maintenance of JOIN & Factorial

Marketing & Product Management at Verticas

In this versatile role, you are responsible for internal and external marketing as well as product management. You actively shape corporate communication – from regular newsletters and social media contributions to blog articles and PR measures. You develop and maintain marketing materials, optimize our homepage under SEO aspects, and take care of sustainability certificates like EcoVadis or the UN Global Compact.

You also organize sample orders and keep our showroom up-to-date. Planning and implementing events, taking care of our digital shelf, and conducting competitor analyses are part of your tasks as well. You coordinate business equipment, ensure a stylish presentation in our vitrines, and take care of Weihnachtskarten & Geschenke for employees and customers – from planning to dispatch.
