Aufgaben

• Stimme des Kunden - As an Agent in Customer Support, you will process incoming inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and occasionally by phone and help customers with questions and concerns before, during, and after the purchase (product advice, shipping information, complaint and return processing)
• Problemlöser*in - Helping customers to solve their problem and making them happy has top priority for you
• Erfahrungsmanagement - We take pride in our honest and individual customer service. Therefore, we take every feedback seriously with the goal of sustainably improving and enhancing the customer's experience

Qualifikation

• Routiniert & Erfahren - You have already worked in customer support and are strong in writing and speaking. You place great value on good spelling and grammar and ideally have experience with ticket tools such as Zendesk
• Gemacht für Tools - Working with common programs is no challenge for you, but rather a motivation, familiarizing yourself with terms like ERP & CRM
• Hands-on-Mentalität - In a small company, an open and flexible mindset is essential: You must be willing to look beyond your own horizon and roll up your sleeves where needed. At the same time, you are actively involved in the growth of the company
