Employee in Key Account Management (m/f/d)
Tasks
As an Employee in Key Account Management (m/f/d), you will look after our mostly international customers. Your tasks include processing customer inquiries, preparing offers, and coordinating delivery processes. You will develop and maintain relationships with our most important customers and support them in selecting and advising on our colored gemstones. You will work closely with internal departments and contribute to ensuring first-class customer support. This full-time position is based on-site in Kirschweiler. Travel activities occur rather sporadically, mostly when exhibiting our products at international trade fairs.
Profile
- Customer Service and Account Management: Extensive experience in key account management and in dealing with demanding customers to build and expand sustainable customer relationships.
- Marketing and Sales Orientation: Knowledge in the area of marketing initiatives to actively present new and attractive concepts to our customers at all times.
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Analytical skills and the ability to understand customers' business models and to create tailor-made offers accordingly.
- Sales Skills: High empathy, social skills, and pronounced sales ability, oriented towards the customer, are basic prerequisites for fulfilling the requirements of this position.
- IT Skills: Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with CRM systems are desirable.
- Language Skills: Fluent German and English skills in speaking and writing are required. Further language skills as well as experience in the jewelry, art, antiques, furniture, high-end automotive industry, etc., or a corresponding affinity, are advantageous.
Your Team: As a member of the Key Account Management team, you will join a team of 5 colleagues. You will be surrounded by our design development team. A total of 30 employees are employed in the company.
