Tasks

• You will be the point of contact and good soul in our office and take over all tasks in the area:
• Office management/backoffice.
• Leading protocols and documentation.
• Supporting the sales department
• including vacation and illness coverages.
• Billing and creation of e-invoices as well as checking and forwarding.
• First-level support for customer inquiries and maintenance of customer master data.
