Building Services Technician / Operational Electrics (m/f/d) 80-100%

The Swiss Museum of Transport in Lucerne is a unique place to work. As part of our building services team, you will ensure that the buildings and the building and safety systems function reliably at all times.

Tasks:

• You will monitor, operate, and optimize our HVAC systems

• You will carry out maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs independently

• During service calls, you will coordinate external specialist companies and supervise their work on site

• If faults occur, you will analyze the causes and develop sustainable solutions

• You will actively participate in the further development of our building technology

• You will also provide strong support to the team with technical projects, events, and special occasions

Profile:

• Completed training as an electrical installer EFZ or comparable training in building services, operational maintenance, or the HVAC sector with good electrical knowledge

• Experience in the operation and maintenance of technical building systems as well as in troubleshooting electrical systems

• Enjoyment in solving technical challenges independently

• Interest in modern building automation

• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a structured way of working

• Willingness to be on call and a category B driver's license
