• Clarification of orders and transfer of own knowledge to internal customers at construction sites and in operations in the South-West region (Stuttgart to Lake Constance area)
• Persuasion of relevant stakeholders and decision-makers in the area of responsibility, consulting on occupational safety, and verification of implemented measures
• Development or improvement of solutions for new or known challenges and problems in the specialist field
• Independent management of small and large projects
• Manages processes such as work accident analyses and the development of action plans within your own area of responsibility
• Implementation of set goals and completion of corresponding task packages or projects within the framework of the further development of the occupational safety management system
• Building and maintaining an internal and external network as well as cross-regional cooperation
• Technical guidance of safety representatives
• Accompanying external audits in the field of occupational safety management

• Training as a safety specialist according to § 6 ASiG
• Relevant specialist competence in various construction trades
• From 7 years of HSW professional experience or relevant external professional experience
• Willingness to travel in the South-West region
• Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
