Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Schnittstellen und EDI – you will oversee our electronic data exchange processes (EDI) and ensure that orders, invoices, and bills are processed correctly and automatically.
• Zahlen und Genauigkeit – you will review incoming invoices, clarify discrepancies, and support correct accounting in the inventory management system.
• Systeme und Integration – you will work on connecting and further developing our systems (inventory management, cash register, accounting) and keep an eye on data flows.
• Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung – you will recognize disturbances in processes early on, analyze causes, and ensure sustainable solutions.
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung – you will be the interface between procurement, accounting, IT, suppliers, and external partners.
• Optimierung und Digitalisierung – you will bring in ideas on how processes can be automated and made more efficient.

• Prozessverständnis – you have an interest in processes around procurement, invoice review, and accounting.
• Zahlenaffinität – you work carefully and have a good understanding of invoices and data.
• Technisches Verständnis – you enjoy systems, interfaces, and digital processes.
• Analytisches Denken – you approach problems structuredly and find pragmatic solutions.
• Teamplayer:in – you communicate clearly with internal and external contact persons.
• Digitale Kompetenz – secure handling of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP/inventory management systems.
• Fließendes Deutsch – for smooth communication in the workday.
