We, the Landsportbund Thüringen e.V., are with over 385,000 sports enthusiasts in around 3,200 sports clubs the largest civic organization of the Free State – and need reinforcement in the area Finance!

Aufgaben

Your tasks with us

• Bearbeitung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
• Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
• Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive monatlicher Ergebnisauswertung
• Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
• Mahnwesen, Zahlungsverkehr und Bearbeitung offener Posten
• Kostenstellenauswertungen und Reporting

Qualifikation

What matters most

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich der Buchhaltung/Finanzen or a similar qualification (e.g. Steuerfachangestellte, Bilanzbuchhalter or betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung)
• or mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Studierende*r im Bereich BWL or related fields are also welcome – we offer a Work student position!
• Kenntnisse in Datev of advantage
• sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office, vor allem Excel
• strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Lust auf Teamarbeit
