To strengthen our finance team at Adam & Eve Beautylounge GmbH, Augenmanufaktur, Fleeky GmbH, and Adam & Eve Medical GmbH, we are looking for a structured and numerate employee:in in financial accounting.

Your tasks

• Independent performance of ongoing financial accounting (creditors', debtors', and asset accounts)
• Electronic banking and preparation of payment transactions
• OPOS accounting including regular account reconciliation
• Billing, reconciling, and controlling inventory entries
• Recording and reconciling inventory numbers as well as evaluating our FBA business stock levels
• Performance of fixed asset accounting
• Recording credit card transactions (AMEX, Moss etc.)
• Billing in foreign currencies and with international business transactions (EU & non-EU countries)
• Preliminary payroll accounting:
  • Maintenance and updating of personnel data records
  • Capturing and controlling working hours, holidays, and absences
  • Providing relevant documents for the tax consultant
  • Communication with health insurance companies and authorities regarding inquiries
  • Support in administrative personnel matters (e.g. contract changes, certifications)

Soft Skills:

• Sense of responsibility and high numeracy
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant working style
• Proactive thinking and teamwork

Hard Skills:

• Very good knowledge of DATEV and DATEV Unternehmen online
• Mind. 3 years of professional experience in financial accounting
• Knowledge of international accounting (EU/non-EU countries)
• Ideal experience in e-commerce and automated payment reconciliation (e.g. ISWL)

This is what your workday will look like:

You start your day by checking accounts and open postings, entering current bank transactions, and preparing payments. Throughout the day, you will focus on billing, reconciling, and controlling inventory entries, recording and reconciling inventory numbers as well as evaluating our FBA business stock levels. Also included are fixed asset accounting, credit card transactions, international accounting, and supporting payroll accounting. Additionally, you will reconcile with the tax consultant, maintain personnel data records, capture working hours, holidays, and absences, and provide relevant documents.
