We are looking for someone in the Region Seuzach: Employee Export (m/w/d) 100% Tasks: - Taking up and processing of orders (orders) as well as coordinating the worldwide shipment of goods - Creating export documents and processing invoices to international end customers - Requesting freight quotes for partial shipments and checking incoming freight accounts - Written and telephone correspondence with customers and forwarders - Tracking and controlling all export documents - Maintaining and updating master data and price lists - Monitoring internal export control processes - Supporting the Customer Service Teams in preparatory activities and sales-promoting measures - Planning and organizing transports to international trade fairs You bring with you: - Completed commercial education EFZ in an internationally oriented, export-oriented company or at a globally active forwarding company - Several years of professional experience (at least two years) in a comparable function - Very good German and English skills as well as excellent intercultural competence; additional language skills are advantageous - Secure handling of MS Office and fundamental experience working with ERP and CRM systems - Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities efficiently - Independent, structured, and reliable work style with professional appearance Interested in this opportunity?
