Employee/Staff Safety Officer (m/w/d)- Location Munich & Berlin

Strengthen our team in Munich & Berlin at the earliest possible time as an Employee/Staff Safety Officer (m/w/d) with the following responsibilities: * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks; * Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive health and safety policy that complies with relevant laws and regulations; * Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures and best practices; * Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety standards; * Investigate incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions; * Maintain accurate records of all health and safety-related activities and incidents; * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in health and safety regulations and best practices. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene, environmental science); * 2-5 years of experience in a similar role; * Excellent knowledge of German labor laws and regulations; * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work independently and as part of a team; * Fluency in German (written and spoken).
