As part of this growth strategy, we are looking for a motivated and experienced employee to join our team as an AIR employee (m/w/d) 80% at Zurich Airport. As an AIR employee, you will be responsible for the following tasks: • Providing exceptional customer service to passengers and airline staff; • Handling passenger inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and being able to provide recommendations to customers; • Working closely with the airport's security team to ensure the smooth operation of our stores; • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on new products and services. Requirements: • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role; • Excellent communication skills in German and English; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends; • High school diploma or equivalent required.
