At Brain Capital, we have been developing smart solutions for student financing and enabling education for all since 2005 – regardless of financial means.

To strengthen our Finance team, we are looking for you: a reliable, structured personality with a good sense for numbers and processes.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

In this role, you will support us in the operational payment and settlement area – without classical accounting responsibilities, but with a lot of independence and responsibility in daily business:

• Payment Management via SFirm: Processing and checking incoming and outgoing payments
• Payment reconciliation & outstanding invoices: Aligning automated payment entries and processing deviations
• Care for international students: Point of contact for international students during the payment phase, including handling open payments and creating payment plans
• Document transfer and clarification of questions with our external tax consulting firm
• Contact with trustees: Question management and coordination
• Dunning process: Conducting and tracking dunning procedures for payment security

You will work closely with our colleagues from the Alumni Services Team, Key Account, and Controlling, ensuring that our processes run smoothly.

Qualification

Your Profile

• You have a commercial education – or bring interest in numbers, processes, and organization with you
• You work structured, precise, and independently
• You are not afraid of software & digital tools – e.g. SFirm, Excel, or internal systems
• You communicate problem-free in English (written/oral) besides German
• You bring curiosity and willingness to learn with you – and want to further develop professionally
