• Customer Support: As a friendly and competent contact person, you will handle inquiries about our hosting products and contract-related questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Customer Orientation: With the help of modern technologies, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Consultation and Sales: As a Customer Champion, you will recognize potential and individually and needs-oriented advise and offer suitable services to our customers.
• Teamwork: You will work with your colleagues in the team to develop new ideas and improve both our customer service and the billing department.
• Continuing Education: Internal training sessions will make you a pro in customer communication and our product portfolio.
