Job Area

• As a friendly and competent point of contact for our customers, you will process inquiries about our hosting products (focus on domains) by phone and email.
• You will use modern technology to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• As a Customer Champion, you will recognize potential to advise and offer suitable services to our customers.
• You will work with your colleagues in the team to develop new ideas and improve our customer service.
• You will become a pro in customer communication and our product portfolio through internal training.

Qualifications

• You communicate easily, whether by email or phone. You mix consulting and sales into a unique customer experience.
• A fast-paced working day does not throw you off balance, and you see every customer contact as an opportunity.
• You are enthusiastic about technology and are willing to get involved in our domain & hosting products.
• As a team player, you will drive our customer service forward with your colleagues.
• You speak and write fluent German and feel comfortable in English.
