Job description
We, Qnetics GmbH, are the service provider in the area of cattle breeding, milk control management, cattle trading, and adjacent areas of agriculture. With our locations in Alsfeld, Erfurt, and Jena, we are the point of contact for animal husbandry and breeding in Hesse and Thuringia.
Aufgaben
The Qnetics GmbH has a very interesting position to fill. Here, administrative tasks, practical work, and interesting activities in IT come together.
Aufgabenschwerpunkte
In the vehicle department:
Damage management (insurance)
Obtaining offers for vehicle replacement, new vehicle purchases
Pool vehicle management
Filing and archiving
Fuel card management
Processing and drafting vehicle employee contracts
Active contact with business partners
Conducting and monitoring driver's license controls for employees
In IT:
Supporting employees in general IT questions
Setting up and procuring work equipment (PC, laptop, mobile phones)
License management
Supporting a domain or company structure
Qualifikation
Precondition is a commercial education. Teamwork and negotiation skills are their strengths, as well as they should bring interest and technical understanding. If they meet these requirements, then they are exactly right for us and possess the basic requirements to fill this position with their flexible working style.
