What you achieve

• You actively support the field sales team in the entire sales process and thus contribute to shared success.
• As a central point of contact, you answer technical and professional questions in the areas of non-life private customers, non-life corporate customers, individual life, accident, health, and occupational pensions (BVG).
• You competently and enthusiastically support our private and corporate customers by phone, in writing, and in person.
• With a sense for individual needs, you develop tailor-made concepts and solutions.
• Together with the team, you actively shape market development and sales promotion.
• You support our apprentices in their daily work and specifically promote their professional and personal development.

What you bring

• Commercial insurance qualification and/or several years of experience with a general insurer.
• You already have the VBV certificate (general lines) or are willing to obtain it.
• Enjoy direct customer contact and a strong service orientation.
• Sales-oriented thinking and enthusiasm for developing individual customer solutions.
• Efficient, solution-oriented collaboration with field sales and relevant specialist departments.
