InkuPlay is seeking an engaged Business Development m/w/d, who supports the management team in strategic and operational matters. In this role, you will work directly on the development of the company with, analyzing new market and business opportunities and helping to build structures, processes, and partnerships. The position is suitable for a entrepreneurial thinking person who wants to take responsibility and actively shape a young gaming and entertainment company.

Tasks

• Supporting management team in strategic projects and corporate planning
• Research and analysis of markets, competitors, trends, and new business fields
• Creating presentations, concepts, decision-making templates, and business cases
• Participation in growth, sales, and partnership strategies
• Supporting financial, revenue, and project planning
• Identifying and addressing potential partners, customers, or investors
• Buidling and optimizing internal processes and organizational structures
• Collaboration on promotional, financing, and cooperation projects
• SUPPORTING SPECIAL PROJECTS AND DAILY OPERATIONS

Qualification

• Degree or training in the field of economics, management, entrepreneurship, finance, marketing, media, gaming, or comparable
• First experience in business development, corporate consulting, start-ups, project management, sales, finance, or strategy is advantageous
• Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business models
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace, particularly presentations and tables
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
• Interest in gaming, entertainment, digital products, or start-up themes
• High level of initiative, discretion, and sense of responsibility
