We are currently looking for reinforcements for our Support Team at one of our **locations in Wessling (near Munich), Hanover, Herzogenaurach (near Nuremberg), or Ludwigsburg**. In addition to classic support topics, such as assisting our customers with technical questions about hyperMill, you will work closely with other departments and thus directly support us in the further development of our software!

Your Areas of Responsibility

• Technical contact person for customers and partners:
  Competent support for customers, sales partners, and colleagues at home and abroad with technical application questions regarding our CAD/CAM products.
• Consulting and application support:
  Expert advice in the areas of NC programming, effective use of machining technologies, and design of CAD models.
• Processing and follow-up of inquiries:
  Independent execution, evaluation, and consistent follow-up of external and internal inquiries.
• Coordination and internal collaboration:
  Close coordination with development, quality assurance, and product management to jointly develop tailor-made solutions.
• Further development of hyperMILL:
  Active participation in the continuous improvement and further development of hyperMILL.

Your Profile

• Technical Education:
  Completed apprenticeship as a cutting mechanic, precision mechanic, toolmaker, mechanical engineering technician, or a comparable qualification.
• Manufacturing and programming experience:
  Manufacturing experience in tool and mechanical engineering as well as several years of practical experience in NC programming with a CAD/CAM system.
• Technical understanding and enthusiasm:
  Ideally, hyperMILL knowledge as well as basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and network environments, combined with a genuine enthusiasm for CAD/CAM technologies in the areas of milling and turning.
• Personal strengths:
  Analytical skills, customer-oriented thinking, strong communication skills, independent and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as resilience and conflict resolution skills.
• Language skills:
  Good German language skills, English skills are an advantage, but not essential.
