Responsibilities

• Recording and managing repair orders and customer devices in the goods return system
• Carrying out cost estimates and repairs of photometers, handheld measuring devices, floctesters, and thermoreactors
• Repair of internal returns
• Maintenance of photometric test equipment
• Ensuring customer-oriented service through short processing and repair times
• Competent technical advice and answering customer inquiries
• Documentation of repairs, tests, and service operations
• Creation and maintenance of service and training documents
• Conducting technical training for internal and external participants
• Support in the continuous optimization of service and repair processes

Qualifications

• Completed technical training, ideally in the field of electronics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable specialization
• Good knowledge of electronics and measurement technology
• Strong manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• Confident use of technical documentation and IT systems
• Teamwork skills as well as good communication skills
• Good German and English skills in spoken and written form
