Employee Technical Services (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department in Bochum. Become part of the thinkGROUP and support us as an Mitarbeiter Technical Services (m/w/d).

Tasks

• Installation of IT components
• Upgrade and expansion of workstation hardware
• Hardware installation and configuration in client and server areas
• Self-contained software installation
• Solving hardware and software problems, as well as processing tickets within predefined service levels
• Independent installation changes and possibly software configurations

Qualification

• Completed training (e.g. IT system electronics technician, information electronics technician or mechatronics technician) or equivalent qualification
• First experience in repairing IT components and taking up or implementing customer requirements in rollouts
• Structured working style and team ability
• Relevant manufacturer certifications are advantageous
• A driver's license for passenger cars/small buses (old: FS 3) is desirable
