Employee Technical Services (m/w/d)
Job description
We are looking for you as a team member of our Technical Services department in Bochum. Become part of the think Group and support us as an Mitarbeiter Technical Services (m/w/d).
Tasks
- Maintenance of IT components
- Upgrade and expansion of workstation hardware
- Installation and configuration of hardware in client and server areas
- Self-contained software installation
- Solving of hard- and software problems, as well as processing of tickets within predefined service levels
- Independent installation changes and possibly software configurations
Qualification
- Completed training (e.g. IT system electronics technician, information electronics technician or mechatronics technician) or equivalent qualification
- First experience in repairing IT components and taking up or implementing customer requirements in rollouts
- Structured working style and team ability
- Relevant manufacturer certifications are advantageous
- A driver's license for passenger cars/small buses (old: FS 3) is desirable
