Tasks

Technical Support:

• telephone support for service technicians and installers during commissioning or troubleshooting
• analysis of technical problem statements and development of practical solutions

Preparation of Technical Offers:

• processing detailed inquiries
• selection of suitable upgrade packages and components
• (for door controllers/door drives)
• counseling customers on optimal product selection

Qualification

• technical education (e.g. electrical engineering, mechatronics) or comparable qualification
• first experience in dealing with an ERP/CRM system is desirable
