Tasks

**Strategic Asset Management
**
You will take over the setup and further development of a modern strategic asset management for our company.

• You will serve as an interface to the fundamental planners of all departments (Electricity, Gas, Heat, IKT) and ensure strategic network planning.
• You will aggregate data from technical, network-related, and commercial systems and evaluate data from the operational information system in the context of reporting.
• You will ensure the integration of technical regulations (e.g. VDE, DVGW, AGFW etc.) into documents of the organizational organization (e.g. operation manuals).
• You will assess legislative procedures and legal regulations regarding their impact on the network area and draw conclusions for our company.

**Environmental Management
**
As a staff office to the management, you will advise on environmental management, waste, and disposal, hazardous substances, and hazardous goods management.

• You will identify and evaluate environmental aspects and goals as designated representative for environmental management and initiate environmental protection measures for the company.
• You will ensure that waste is avoided and are responsible for the physical and energetic processing and disposal of generated waste.
• You will be in charge of maintaining our own hazardous substance database. You will also suggest measures for handling hazardous substances and their substitution.

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You have a university degree (Bachelor/Diplom/Master) in the field of electrical energy technology or a comparable study program.
• You have already gained experience in asset management, standardization (e.g. VDE, DVGW, AGFW, DIN ISO 55000) and its implementation, or are willing to qualify accordingly.
• You possess knowledge of environmental law (Cyclical Economy Act, Water Resources Act, Waste Management Act, etc.) or are willing to acquire it.
• You have already gained experience in handling operational information systems.
• You hold a class B driver's license.

• You find it easy to absorb new content and apply it to practice.
• You remain calm even in challenging situations and find constructive solutions in dealing with different interests.
• You are able to grasp complex issues and implement them independently, solution-oriented, and structured in your work.
