Aufgaben

As Mitarbeiter / Staff Member, your responsibilities include:

1. Kundenkontakt

• Main point of contact for guests and ensure excellent customer service
• Welcome guests, inform, and accompany them through the experience
• Provide information on activities, schedules, prices, and access conditions
• Answer inquiries by phone, email, or personally
• Sell snacks and drinks at the bar

2. Registrierung & Buchungsmanagement

• Manage participant registrations (badges, team names, etc.)
• Edit bookings and cancellations in the booking system
• Process payments

3. Facility Management

• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of premises
• Monitor the functionality of game areas
• Manage inventory and storage

4. Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong verbal communication skills
• Teamwork ability
• Stress resistance
• Self-sufficient work

Qualifikation

• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Able to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
• Flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
