Tasks

• Acceptance of defective customer devices and creation of workshop orders
• Acceptance of field service orders with appointment scheduling
• Handover of repaired customer devices
• Sale of used devices
• Sale of spare parts
• Management of loaner devices
• Short diagnosis of customer devices

Qualifications

• The task requires technical understanding, a high degree of customer orientation, and resilience.
• Proficient use of IT and very good German language skills are a prerequisite
