Tasks

Your Mission With Us:

• IT service and support with a seat in Plauen
• Designing, expanding, and maintaining our systems:

Cash register systems and cashless payment systems

Inventory management systems

Mobile apps and mobile applications

Digital menu displays (displays & tablets)

• Training users on-site for proper handling and use of the above-mentioned systems. This includes consulting, documentation, and training
• Planning, installation, and configuration of IT systems and applications
• Installing and maintaining our hardware and software, as well as telephone support including remote maintenance
• Service visits to customers on-site, analyzing disturbances, and supporting their elimination
• Testing new software developments & new software versions

Qualification

Your Profile, What Makes You Successful:

• A successful, completed training as a systems integration technician or comparable technical professions
• Professional experience and knowledge in the IT sector
• Good knowledge of network and system integration
• Motivation and engagement to independently solve customer inquiries and problems, as well as reliability
• Contact friendliness, openness, and willingness to learn
• Good teamwork
• A driver's license class B
