Deine Rolle
You are the backup for our end customers. When something goes wrong with a watch and needs to be repaired or replaced, you're on the case. Verify error images, take measures, and get the functional product back on track. Hand in hand with our Retourenmanager Adem, you ensure that no customer has to go without their Anio watch for longer.

Aufgaben

Retourenabwicklung:

You take in the returned watches, conduct a first problem diagnosis, and decide how to proceed.

Kleine Reparaturen:

You perform simple hardware repairs on our smartwatches and ensure that the products are quickly back with our customers.

Büroorganisation:

Support for general office organization, management of office and dispatch materials, as well as warehouse management.

Kundenservice (Support per Telefon und E-Mail):

In individual cases, you stand by our customers with questions about orders or returns and answer their concerns friendly and solution-oriented.

Qualifikation

What should you bring?

Technikaffinität: You have a good understanding of technical products and are able to quickly get familiar with new devices.

Struktur & Organisation: You work independently, have an eye for tasks that arise and can set priorities.

Kommunikationsstärke: Fluent German in writing and speaking is a must. Basic knowledge of English would be a plus.

Teamgeist & Einsatzbereitschaft: You have the desire to work in a dynamic team, take responsibility and grow with us.

Quereinsteiger willkommen! A technical education is a plus, but no requirement. What's important is that you have the willingness to learn new things and tackle tasks enthusiastically.
