Tasks

In this position, you will be the link between our suppliers, production, and customers. You ensure that every product receives the necessary documentation.

• Examination Instance: You examine incoming supplier certificates for completeness and accuracy in accordance with applicable standards.
• Claims Management: In case of discrepancies, you proactively notify our suppliers about missing or incorrect certificates.
• Data Maintenance: You accurately enter the data from supplier certificates into our system.
• Customer Focus: You control and create the corresponding customer certificates (e.g., according to DIN EN 10204).
• Norm Check: You work daily with international standards and specific customer specifications to ensure the conformity of our special connections.

Qualification

• Vocational Training: Successfully completed technical or commercial vocational training (ideally with a focus on metal processing).
• Expertise: First experience in quality assurance or the field of material certificates/documentation is an advantage.
• Meticulousness: You have an eye for details and work extremely meticulously.
• Knowledge: Secure handling of technical standards and specifications.
• Languages: Good German language skills in writing and speaking (English language skills for international standards are a plus).
