We are a consulting firm and certification body, and we are looking for an engaged employee (m/w/d) in the quality assurance department to strengthen our team. No need to worry about the necessary tools for consultation; you will learn these from us. You must only bring your love of quality assurance and the desire to develop yourself further.
You will support our customers in optimizing their quality processes, implementing national and international quality standards, and obtaining certifications. The core competencies for this will be learned by you at our company. You will work closely with our customers, advising them to understand their individual needs and develop tailored solutions. While you will be supported by us in your work, you will also receive the consultation methods and tools of quality management with a helping hand. The core of the job lies in consulting processes and implementing normative requirements in companies, as well as preparing for certification audits that follow our consultation at our customers'.

• Consultation of customers regarding quality management systems and norms, including TÜV norms as well as own developed norms

• Support in preparing and conducting audits and certification procedures

• Analyzing existing quality systems and identifying optimization potential

• Training and training of employees at our customers' regarding quality management and norms

• Implementation of individual quality management solutions

• Documented normative requirements and creating digital quality management handbooks for customers

• Educational background, further education or professional experience in the field of consulting, quality management, business administration, economics, engineering, commercial professions, consultation in general, process consultation or professional experience in quality assurance in various industries, and comparable degrees are desirable

• Knowledge of the fields of quality management, norms (DIN, ISO, etc.) and certification procedures is desirable but not required

• Process-oriented, strategic, and networked thinking

• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner

• Teamwork, customer orientation, high self-motivation, and independent work style

• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
