You will support our customers in optimizing their quality processes, implementing national and international quality standards, and obtaining certifications. The core competencies you will learn at our company. You will work closely with our customers, advising them to understand their individual needs and develop tailored solutions. While you will be supported by us, you will receive the consulting methods and tools of quality management with your hand. The core of the job lies in advising processes and implementing normative requirements in companies, as well as preparing for certification audits that follow after our consultation at our customers'.

• Consultation of customers regarding quality management systems and standards, including TÜV standards as well as own developed standards

• Support in preparing and conducting audits and certification procedures

• Analyze existing quality systems and identify optimization potential

• Training and training of employees at our customers' regarding quality management and standards

• Implementation of individual quality management solutions

• Documented normative requirements and creating digital quality management handbooks for customers

• Educational background, further education or professional experience in the field of consulting, quality management, business administration, economics, engineering, commercial professions, consulting in general, process consulting or professional experience in quality assurance in various industries, and comparable degrees are desirable

• Knowledge of the fields of quality management, standards (DIN, ISO, etc.) and certification procedures is desirable but not mandatory

• Process-oriented, strategic, and networked thinking

• Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner
