Employee Quality Assurance / Electronics Quality Management (m/w/d)

The EBRU Elektronik GmbH is an EMS service provider for industrial electronics manufacturing. At the location Amt Creuzburg OT Mihla, we assemble printed circuit boards (SMD/THT) and accompany our customers from prototypes to series production. Quality, transparent processes, and short decision-making paths are our focus.

Tasks

• Safeguarding and further development of quality standards in electronics manufacturing (SMD/THT)
• Maintenance and care of quality-relevant processes, work instructions, and documentation
• Analysis of quality deviations and complaints including cause analysis and follow-up measures (CAPA)
• Evaluation of quality and process key figures as well as derivation of improvement measures
• Closely working together with production, preparation, and technology
• Participation in the maintenance and further development of the quality management system (ISO 9001)
• Preliminary work and accompaniment of internal and external audits; prospectively conducting internal audits

Qualification

• Techncial education or comparable qualification, ideally in the field of electronics
• Experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in electronics manufacturing
• Knowledge of relevant standards and norms (e.g. ISO 9001, IPC-A-610) is advantageous
• Structured, meticulous work style and profound process understanding
• Communication skills, assertiveness, and solution-oriented thinking
• Safe handling of documentation and basic IT/office applications
