To strengthen our team at our location in Visbek, we are looking for a full-time Quality Management / Quality Assurance Employee (gn) as soon as possible.

Visbek is the heart of the Plukon Food Group in Germany. Three essential components of our corporate group are located here: Plukon GmbH is the German administrative headquarters of Plukon. Management and administration control the business activities from here. Plukon Visbek GmbH is also located at the Lower Saxony site. This is a poultry processing plant specializing in the production of frozen convenience products. Last but not least, Plukon Agri GmbH is also based in Visbek. Plukon Agri is responsible for the sale of day-old chicks and the purchase of slaughter poultry as a partner to our farmers.

These are your tasks with us:

• You ensure compliance with and continuous development of our quality and food safety standards.

• You plan, coordinate, and accompany internal and external audits.

• You further develop our quality management system, processes, and documentation.

• You actively participate in the HACCP, Food Defense, and Food Fraud teams.

• You process complaints and claims and derive suitable improvement measures.

• You plan and conduct training in the areas of quality, hygiene, and food safety.

• You support the departments with quality-relevant questions and the implementation of quality requirements.

You convince us with these qualifications:

• Completed vocational training or a degree in food technology, food engineering, or a comparable field.

• Knowledge of relevant quality and food safety standards, such as IFS Food, HACCP, or GMP.

• A strong awareness of quality and hygiene, as well as a structured way of working.

• Team spirit, initiative, and the willingness to take ownership of your area of responsibility.

• Proficient in the common Microsoft Office applications.

• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Reliability, resilience, and a solution-oriented approach to work.
