For our customer, one of the leading European companies in the healthcare sector, we are looking for an Employee Quality Management (m/w/d) for process development in the healthcare and health sector for the Frankfurt area.
Briefly at your new employer: annual salary from 52,000 to 60,000 EUR
30 days' vacation

The tasks you will perform: Support in the development and improvement of processes within the company-wide quality management framework
Internal and external contact person for quality management
Analyzing & evaluating existing processes
Further development of the QM manual
Participation in statistical data collection and evaluation
Creation of monthly quality key figures and reports
Interdisciplinary project work
The skills you bring: Education as a nurse or nursing assistant (m/w/d) with additional qualification as a quality manager or quality management representative, or Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or health sciences, or professional experience as a nurse or nursing assistant (m/w/d) with additional qualification as a quality manager or quality management representative
First work experience in the field of quality management or leadership experience
Very good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel and Word)
Very good German and English language skills
Outstanding teamwork, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
