Your Responsibilities:

• Monitoring internal quality and environmental standards, maintaining product safety, and ensuring compliance with guidelines (HACCP)

• Coordination of all existing quality management processes in agreement with internal departments

• Coordination of sample dispatch and assessment of analysis results

• Verification of compliance with legal requirements and management of cooperation with authorities

• Preparation, execution, and support of internal audits, supplier audits, and customer audits

• Support in the implementation and further development of the quality management system

• Quality control in branches based on predefined guidelines

• Representing the company towards customers, suppliers, and authorities in all quality matters

Your Qualifications:

• Degree in Food Technology, Nutrition Technology, or Hygiene Technology, or a comparable vocational training in the food sector

• Knowledge from the bakery industry is an advantage

• High affinity for quality and meticulous approach and working style

• HACCP knowledge

• Basic microbiological knowledge

• Independent and careful working style, as well as communication and teamwork skills

• Driver's license class B
