Your Tasks:

• Process and analyze customer complaints
• Conduct statistics
• Perform goods inspections
• Maintain and record data
• Check inventory levels

Your Profile:

• A completed commercial education or equivalent
• First-hand experience in the field of trade and logistics
• Fundamental knowledge of EDV (especially MS-Office)
• Communication skills in German and English
• Goal-oriented and structured working method
• High stress tolerance, sense of responsibility, team ability
