Permanent position | Full-time | Hybrid | Pulsnitz

Responsibilities

  • You independently manage projects from initiation to completion, including cross-departmental ones, and ensure structured implementation
  • You support team members from other departments in advancing projects methodically soundly, goal-oriented, and in compliance with processes
  • You plan, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies, and create transparency for stakeholders and management
  • You act as a central interface between project participants, moderate workshops and coordination meetings, and support the initiation of necessary decisions
  • You ensure the application and further development of project management standards, primarily using Jira and Confluence, and empower colleagues in their use
  • You actively participate in process management and derive improvement measures and standardizations in various subject areas from it

Qualifications

  • You have a commercial apprenticeship and/or a degree, ideally supplemented by a project management certification
  • You have several years of experience in project management and confidently apply classic, agile, or hybrid methods
  • You are proficient in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence as well as MS Office and have knowledge of process management or wish to expand it
  • You take responsibility, manage projects in a structured manner, and communicate clearly with various stakeholders
  • You think analytically and solution-oriented, work across teams and departments, and have very good German language skills as well as ideally good English language skills
