Tasks

• You manage projects independently from initiation to completion, also cross-departmentally, and ensure a structured implementation.
• You support team members from other departments in methodically sound, goal-oriented, and process-compliant project advancement.
• You plan, prioritize, and track project goals, milestones, tasks, and dependencies, and create transparency for stakeholders and management.
• You serve as a central interface between project participants, moderate workshops and meetings, and support decision-making processes.
• You ensure the application and further development of project management standards, particularly using Jira and Confluence, and enable colleagues in their use.
• You actively work on process management and derive improvement measures and standardizations from it in various fields.

Qualification

• You have a commercial education and/or degree, ideally supplemented by a project management certification.
• You bring several years of experience in project management and apply classical, agile, or hybrid methods confidently.
• You are familiar with project management tools like Jira and Confluence, as well as MS Office, and have knowledge of process management or would like to build on it.
• You take responsibility, manage projects structuredly, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders.
• You think analytically and solution-oriented, work team- and departmentally, and have very good German language skills and ideally good English language skills.
