Employee Personal & Administration (m/w/d)

You're looking for a versatile task in the personnel department and administration, where you can roll up your sleeves? Then this role might be a good fit for you. HolzHaus Bonndorf is a modern wood construction company in the Black Forest with around 100 colleagues. We plan, manufacture, and realize high-quality wood construction projects – from individual homes to demanding larger projects. In this role, you will ensure that personnel and administrative processes run smoothly, reliably, and humanely on a daily basis.

Tasks

• Maintenance and care of our time-tracking system in everyday business
• Verification, clarification, and preparation of working hours, absences, and corrections
• Preliminary work and transmission of time data to external payroll accounting
• Creation, maintenance, and management of personal relevant documents and records
• Support in recruitment management as well as at entrances, onboarding, and administrative personnel processes
• Contact person for employees and executives regarding operational topics in personnel and administration

Qualification

• Vocational training or comparable experience in the field of personnel, administration, or assistance
• First practical experience in personnel administration or a similar organizational role
• Structured, meticulous, and self-responsible working style
• Persistent appearance, discretion, and good intuition when dealing with people
• Pleasure in tackling topics pragmatically and reliably completing tasks
• Safe handling of digital tools and common office applications
