Tasks

• ongoing collection, booking, and processing of all relevant payroll data, as well as the creation of pay slips
• maintenance of personal master data
• point of contact for questions regarding payroll accounting
• preparation of reports for authorities, institutions, and tax authorities

Qualifications

• completed commercial vocational training or equivalent degree
• very good knowledge of tax and social security law
• several years of experience in payroll and financial accounting, an advantage
• good knowledge of German language in writing and speaking, absolutely necessary
• very good knowledge of payroll software and common MS-Office packages
