WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU

· Support for a technical hotline

· Monitoring and checking of traffic management systems in our own web portal

· Setting up digital traffic management systems according to specifications

· Processing external and internal inquiries

· Recognizing and passing on task assignments from calls

YOU NEED

· Fluent German in writing and speaking

· Good technical understanding

· Good IT skills (Office 365)

· Safe and friendly demeanor on the phone

· Quick comprehension

· Willingness to take on standby duties
