Employee (m/w/d) Ground Service Equipment / Air Traffic Control Devices

We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) at our location at the Berlin-Brandenburg Airport to start as soon as possible.

You will support our workshop location in Schönefeld with all service and supporting tasks around our air traffic control devices (GSE). This includes, among other things, pre-field checks, minor repairs, transportation trips, and the maintenance and preparation of the equipment. With your involvement, you will significantly contribute to ensuring that our GSE is always ready for use, safe, and in excellent condition – thereby guaranteeing a smooth flow of aircraft handling.

Your tasks in detail

• Conducting pre-field checks on GSE (e.g., checking fluids and lighting systems)
• Performing minor repairs on GSE
• Supporting the workshop
• Supporting the collection and return of equipment
• Maintaining vehicles and equipment (inside and outside)
• Conducting messenger and transportation trips
• Organizing and supporting load and unloadings
• Polling service (e.g., refueling)
• General janitorial and support tasks
• Monthly inspection of storage equipment (e.g., battery charge level)

Your profile

• Techical understanding, ideally in the field of vehicle-, machine- or device technology
• Class B driver's license (mandatory requirement)
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work style
• Prior condition for obtaining a reliability check according to § 7 LuftSiG
