Your tasks

• Customer acquisition & contact person role: Independently take responsibility for approaching potential new customers by phone and positioning our company as a competent first point of contact.
• Lead qualification: Identify promising contacts, qualify addresses for sales, and thus lay the foundation for successful sales processes.
• Campaign management: Systematically process incoming feedback from marketing and sales campaigns and ensure professional follow-up.
• Relationship building: Maintain sustainable customer relationships through friendly, reliable communication and thus support our long-term sales success.
• Data & information management: Carefully maintain customer and contact data in our systems and ensure high data quality.

Your profile

• Communication skills: You enjoy talking on the phone, have a confident and friendly demeanor, and can quickly get people excited about a topic.
• Personality: You are motivated, self-confident, and resilient – even in challenging conversation situations.
• Language skills: You have excellent German language proficiency; English skills are welcome but not a requirement.
• Service orientation: You approach people openly, work with a customer focus, and convince with your positive attitude.
