Employee (m/w/d) Quality Management Fruit & Vegetables

We are looking for an employee (m/w/d) to support our team in Munich, Germany, as soon as possible, to assist with quality management tasks in the fruit and vegetables sector.

Your Tasks

• Communication and verification of quality requirements from suppliers
• Following current market developments and knowledge of weather problems and pesticide residues
• Handling complaints and cooperation with experts in the import of fruits
• Administrative tasks in the import area, such as supporting document management in close collaboration with the buyer
• Support for preparing audits: IFS Broker, BIO, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance
• Participation in project-related quality management tasks
• Implementation and control of all internal and external certifications
• Negotiation and conclusion with global producers regarding customer specifications, qualities, awards, and packaging
• Documented processing of all recorded data on all quality requirements

Your Profile

• A successful completed commercial training with knowledge in the import area or alternatively a degree in business administration or ecological agriculture
• Professional experience in the food industry, preferably in the fruit and vegetables sector
• Necessary English language skills for negotiations, Spanish language skills are an asset
• Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel
• Knowledge of Navision is advantageous
• Interest in quality management and ideally some knowledge
• Teamwork, willingness to take on tasks, and flexibility
