Tasks

• Ongoing collection, booking, and processing of all relevant payroll data as well as the preparation of pay slips.
• Maintenance of personal master data.
• Contact person for questions regarding payroll accounting.
• Creation of notifications to authorities, institutions, and tax offices.

Qualification

• Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent degree.
• Very good knowledge of tax and social security law.
• Multiple years of experience in payroll and financial accounting are advantageous.
• Good German language skills (C1) in spoken and written form are absolutely necessary.
• Very good knowledge of a payroll software application and common MS-Office packages is required.
