YOU WILL BE WORKING ON: Our customer advises companies and their executives nationwide in the field of health prevention and offers a service that is based on the latest findings of medical research.

To support our location in Wiesbaden, we are looking for an engaged employee (m/w/d) Patient Management Health Prevention on a full-time or part-time basis (at least 30 hours/week) as part of direct placement. THESE ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: You coordinate, organize, and manage appointments with executives and private patients (m/w/d).
You advise patients individually about the services offered, plan check-up days, and ensure an optimization of appointment utilization.
You also support external partners, such as cooperation practices and other service providers.
YOU BRING WITH YOU: You have completed your training as a clerk (m/w/d), secretary (m/w/d) or health care professional successfully and have already gained several years of experience in patient intake, medical secretariat or a comparable service-oriented environment.
In dealing with private patients and executives from companies, you always appear confident, discreet, and service-oriented.
You convince through your well-developed organizational and communication skills, high-quality awareness, hands-on mentality, and stress resistance.
You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
